Our first goal is to know your organization. We customize our services to achieve the desired end-results through team meetings, focus groups, assessments, and observations. This initial work before we build a program is crucial in delivering expected outcomes.
How do we build programs that will work for your organization?
We work with your current training content or help you create a training foundation:
- We anaylize the data from the team meetings, focus groups, assessments, and observations and provide a report that is reviewed with your leadership team.
- Next we customize the program to your needs by linking several of our 100 experiential based tools and initiatives to the key traits you are attempting to change and strengthen.
- Then we help the participants quickly come together as a team; and create the right atmosphere and setting that supports better learning during the program.
- We continue helping your organization after the program, through facilitator reports of the program and optional follow up programs.
How do we ensure learning insights are brought back to the work environment and sustained?
All BRL services are rooted in an experiential model providing highly interactive programs that engage all learning styles. Participants are immersed in learning environments that challenge the status quo and require critical thinking to produce the optimal end-result and learnings. Participants will simulate and practice skill-sets together, as opposed to only hearing or observing team dynamics necessary in the work environment. All participants will have the opportunity to be an integral part of the learning environment through choice and peer support.
